Inside AdNabu, head to 'Settings' → 'Integration' → 'Product Reviews', keep the Item ID on 'Use default ID format (shopify_{country}{product_id}{variant_id})', and for variants, switch the Group ID to 'Use SKU as group ID format', which is the compatible option for Yotpo. Before you finalise this, double-check that every product and variant in Shopify carries a unique identifier such as a GTIN or MPN, since Google relies on these later to match reviews to the right items.
Next, configure the Google Shopping reviews setting inside Yotpo and make sure its feed is configured to include the GTINs and MPNs for all your items.
Once both apps are set, return to the 'Product Reviews' screen in AdNabu and click 'Generate' to raise a support ticket. This opens the 'Google Shopping Integration – Product Reviews' form, where you add your Shopify URL, the review platform you use, and any notes. After you submit it, our support and tech teams handle the rest.
From there, AdNabu sends the product feed, and Yotpo sends its XML review feed to Google Merchant Center. Google usually needs around 14 days to check the data, connect the two feeds, and map each review to the correct product in your Shopping feed.
