No. You can use the same product feed across multiple marketplaces. AdNabu generates a unique Data Feed URL for each marketplace, allowing you to export and manage feeds automatically. These URLs can be created in the Marketplace section of the app, where you can also customize UTM parameters and select your preferred language and location.

What file formats are supported for the TikTok feed?

TikTok supports XML (RSS/ATOM), CSV, TXT, and TSV formats. AdNabu provides your feed in XML format, which is TikTok’s preferred option.

How often is the feed updated?

AdNabu offers an hourly sync option for your TikTok feed. When you enable it, the feed updates automatically every hour. This keeps your TikTok catalog aligned with store changes.

Is there a limit on how many products I can optimize using AdNabu?

AdNabu’s free plan allows optimization of up to 100 products. Paid plans allow unlimited product optimization with no restrictions. However, TikTok Business Center applies its own feed limits where your maximum feed size can be 50 GB, and you can’t add more than 20 million products per feed file.

Yes. AdNabu supports Shopify metafields. You can reuse metafields already configured for Google Shopping or Bing, or add custom metafields from Shopify Admin and enable them within the app’s settings to include them in your feed.

Yes. The app supports metafields. The metafields used for your Google Shopping feed can also be used for your Bing feed. You can also add custom metafields for your products within Shopify Admin. You can enable it by going to the app and clicking on Settings. Once you’re there, you can click on Metafields, and then you can select Enable Metafields to add metafields to your feed file.

Does the app support Shopify Markets?

Yes. AdNabu supports Shopify Markets and displays accurately priced products in local currencies. While the app does not directly integrate with TikTok Business Center, it provides a localized Data Feed URL that allows you to upload country- and language-specific feed data.

You can configure this by selecting TikTok Marketplace in the Marketplaces section of the app and customizing your language, region, and UTM parameters.

Can the same feed be used for multiple Google Merchant Center accounts?

No, each Google Merchant Center account can only claim one domain, and each store can be linked to only one Google Merchant Center account. Thus, the same feed cannot be used for any other accounts.
