No, the same feed can be pushed to different marketplaces.

AdNabu will generate a unique Data Feed URL for each Marketplace that can be used to export your feed automatically.

You can generate these URLs in the ‘Marketplace’ section within the app on your store. The app allows you to customize your UTM parameters and set language and location according to your preference.

What file formats are supported for the TikTok feed?

TikTok supports XML (RSS/ATOM), CSV, TXT, and TSV formats. We provide you with an XML (preferred) format.

How often is a feed updated?

Our app updates the product data feed instantly on any change in your store. Our app will provide you with a URL (with customizable parameters) that can be added to your TikTok Business Center under the Catalog tab.

You can set an Automatic Update Frequency at your convenience and set your feed to be Updated or Replaced, depending on your preferences.

You can make changes in your TikTok Business Center manually.

I have an extensive catalog. Is there any limit on the number of products in my store?

Our app has no limits on the number of products in the feed file. However, Tiktok Business Center imposes a limit of a maximum of 50GB or 20 Million products in each feed file.

Are the changes done on Shopify automatically updated to my TikTok feed? If not, how to update them?

No, AdNabu’s feed app is not synced with your Tiktok Business Center. The app will provide you with a unique URL that contains a product feed that can be added to your TikTok Business Manager.

There are several ways to keep your feed updated in TikTok Business Center. You can set a refresh schedule to update any changes made to your feed file.

You can also manually make changes to your TikTok Feed.

Does the app support Metafields for TikTok?

Yes. The app supports metafields. The metafields used for your Google Shopping feed can also be used for your Bing feed. You can also add custom metafields for your products within Shopify Admin. You can enable it by going to the app and clicking on Settings. Once you’re there, you can click on Metafields, and then you can select Enable Metafields to add metafields to your feed file.

Does the app support Shopify Markets?

Yes, AdNabu’s Feed App supports Shopify markets and showcases accurately priced product listings in local currencies. Our app does not link with TikTok Business Center, however, a 'Localized Data Feed URL' offered by our app can help you upload language and country-specific feed data directly.

Within the app, go to Marketplaces and select TikTok Marketplace. Here you will find all the necessary information required. You can curate UTM parameters and select your preferred language and region.

No, each Google Merchant Center account can only claim one domain, and each store can be linked to only one Google Merchant Center account. Thus, the same feed cannot be used for any other accounts.
