AdNabu’s integration with Okendo is easy to set up. First, confirm your Shopify products have valid identifiers. Next, go to product review settings in our app and choose the default product ID format. If you use variants with reviews, set the group ID format as SKU. From there, our team and smart algorithms will sync product data with Merchant Center automatically.

Can I display my reviews on other marketplaces?
No. This integration supports Google Shopping only.
Is there a fee for integrating Okendo with AdNabu?
No. The Okendo integration is included in AdNabu’s Advanced Plan at no extra cost.
What is Google’s Product Rating Policy?
Google’s Product Ratings program lets merchants display star ratings (1–5) and review counts in Shopping ads and free listings. To qualify, your store must have 50 valid product reviews. These reviews must be submitted regularly through a supported aggregator like Okendo or directly via Google Merchant Center.

For accurate mapping, Google relies on product identifiers such as GTINs and MPNs. Reviews appear only when they meet Google’s content policies and matching requirements. Once product and review feeds are submitted correctly, ratings usually appear within 14 days.
How long until reviews appear on product listings?
Google may take up to 14 days after submission to review, approve, and display product ratings. Reviews will only appear if product identifiers match correctly and all content policies are met.
How long does the whole process of integration take?
The setup in AdNabu takes only a few minutes. You need to enable the default product ID format, set SKUs as group IDs, and raise a support ticket. After completing the configuration in Okendo, AdNabu sends the product feed while Okendo submits the XML review feed. Google then processes both feeds and usually maps everything within about 14 days.
How do reviews appear in multilingual and multicurrency Google Shopping feeds?
Reviews and star ratings in Google Shopping are managed entirely by Google’s systems. Merchants cannot control the format, wording, or display style. Generally, reviews appear in the country’s primary language — for example, 3.6 (85 avis d’utilisateurs) in France.

However, the display can vary. In some cases, Google may show only star ratings and review counts without any text. The exact format may differ by country, context, or even individual users, and there is no way to predict how reviews will appear for each search.
What if my products lack identifiers like MPNs or GTINs?
Custom products often don’t include standard identifiers such as MPNs, GTINs, etc. These identifiers are required for Google to match reviews with the correct products. Without them, reviews may not display, and the AdNabu–Okendo integration will not work properly.
To avoid these issues, it’s best to assign valid identifiers to all products, including custom ones (e.g., SKUs), whenever possible.
