No, the same feed can be pushed to different marketplaces.

AdNabu will generate a Data Feed URL for each Marketplace that can be used to export your feed automatically. You can generate these URLs in the ‘Marketplace’ section within the app on your store.

Can ad campaigns be managed through the app?

No, ad campaigns cannot be managed through the app. The app will help you push a product feed and update it regularly. It can also create URLs with customizable UTM parameters to help you add the feed to multiple marketplaces.

Can I use AdNabu's Shopify App for Google Shopping for multiple Shopify stores?

No. Google Merchant Center (where you can upload your product data to advertise using Google Shopping Ads) can only contain products of a single domain.

Since one Shopify store can only be linked to one Merchant Center Account, AdNabu’s app can only send information to and from a single Shopify Store.

Can the app be used without a Google Merchant Center Account?

No, the app cannot be used without a Google Merchant Center Account because Google Shopping Ads requires a merchant center account to function.

If you do not have a Google Merchant Center account, you have the option to instantly create one right after you install the app.

Can the product variants be included in the feed?

Yes, the product variants, such as different sizes, colors, and more, can be included in the feed. It is important to use unique product identifiers for each variant.

Can the same feed be used for multiple Google Merchant Center accounts?

No, each Google Merchant Center account can only claim one domain, and each store can be linked to only one Google Merchant Center account. Thus, the same feed cannot be used for any other accounts.

Does AdNabu report errors or issues in the feed?

No, we don’t send report errors or issues to GMC, the app aims to create an error-free feed before any data is sent to Google Merchant Center.

If your feed has errors or issues, the app will inform you about errors in advance. You can rectify some product-related errors within the app itself, other errors need to be resolved in GMC. Errors related to domain claiming and logos will need to be corrected outside the app.

How does AdNabu ensure that my product feed is compliant with Google's policies and requirements?

AdNabu regularly updates your feed and sends the data to Google Merchant Center. If there are any errors, the app will show them to you on the products page itself.

The algorithm is trained to pick up on errors to avoid product disapprovals. In case the errors are not related to products, they can be fixed within the Google Merchant Center Account.

A product feed is updated either instantly, hourly or has to be done manually. These options are available for different plans:

For the Basic plan and below users, all feeds will update automatically once every 24 hours, you can manually push to update it by clicking ‘update feed’ as well.

Users on the Advanced and above plan can enjoy automatic product feed updates, they must configure ‘hourly’ or ‘instant’ update settings.

Is there a limit on the number of products that can be added to a Product Feed file?

Our app has no limits on the number of products in the feed file. Merchants are allowed to create multiple feed files. There is no limit on the number of products in a store either.

What happens if my product is disapproved? How does the app resolve this issue?

If your product is disapproved, AdNabu will provide you with detailed information on how you can resolve the issue. In case of inaction, our team will reach out to you.

What if I don’t want a particular product to be advertised?

In this case, you can select the option of ‘Opt Out’ for the product. You can also select multiple products you don’t wish to advertise using the bulk edit feature on your product page.
