No, the same feed can be pushed to different marketplaces.

AdNabu will generate a unique Data Feed URL for each Marketplace that can be used to export your feed automatically.

You can generate these URLs in the ‘Marketplace’ section within the app on your store. The app allows you to customize your UTM parameters and set language and location according to your preference.

What file formats are supported for the Snapchat feed?

Snapchat supports XML (RSS/ATOM), CSV, TXT, and TSV formats. We provide you with an XML (preferred) format.

How often is a feed updated?

Our app updates the product data feed instantly on any change in your store. Our app will provide you with a URL (with customizable parameters) that can be added to your Meta Commerce Manager under the Catalog tab. You can make changes in your Meta Commerce Manager manually.

Do I need a Snapchat account to advertise on Snapchat?

Yes, you need a Snapchat account. You also need to create a Business account with a Public Profile. Once you have created all of these, you can have access to Snapchat advertising.

Does it cost anything to advertise on Snapchat?

Yes, it does, kindly refer to their cost page for more details. Advertising using Snapchat Business Manager is similar to advertising on Google Merchant Center. If you wish to advertise on Snapchat, you need to set a daily budget (i.e., you control how much you want to spend). You can track your Return on Ads Spend (ROAS) on the Snapchat Business Manager dashboard itself.

No, AdNabu’s feed app is not synced with your Snapchat Business Manager. The app will provide you with a unique URL that contains a product feed that can be added to your Snapchat Business Manager.

There are several ways to keep your feed updated in Snapchat Business Manager. You can set a refresh schedule to update any changes made to your feed file.

You can also manually make changes to your Snapchat Feed.

How frequently should I update or refresh my Snapchat product feed?

Our app provides you with a data feed URL that contains information about the products in your store. Any changes that have been made to your store need to be synced with the data on the app. You can do this by going to the Products section in our app and clicking on Sync Shopify.

‍Once you have done this, you can get an updated URL by going to Marketplaces and clicking on Snapchat.

Snapchat Business Manager recommends that you update your feed every day to ensure optimal performance. You can do this by setting a particular time to automatically ‘refresh’ (i.e. update) your feed directly.

Does the app support Metafields for Snapchat?

Yes. The app supports metafields. The metafields used for your Google Shopping feed can also be used for your Snapchat feed. You can also add custom metafields for your products within Shopify Admin.

You can enable it by going to the app and clicking on Settings. There, you can click on Metafields, and there, you can select Enable Metafields to add Metafields to your feed file.

Does the app support Shopify Markets?

Yes, AdNabu’s Feed App supports Shopify markets and showcases accurately priced product listings in local currencies. Our app does not link with TikTok Business Center, however, a 'Localized Data Feed URL' offered by our app can help you upload language and country-specific feed data directly.

I have an extensive catalog. Is there any limit on the number of products in my store?

Our app has no limits on the number of products in the feed file. However, Snapchat Business Manager has a limit of up to 80,000 products (or rows). A manual CSV upload allows file sizes of up to 500 MB.

Can the same feed be used for multiple Google Merchant Center accounts?

No, each Google Merchant Center account can only claim one domain, and each store can be linked to only one Google Merchant Center account. Thus, the same feed cannot be used for any other accounts.
