Where and how can the product feed URL be uploaded?

AdNabu will generate a unique product feed URL, with customized UTM parameters, for you, which can directly be uploaded to the Meta Commerce Manager.

You can generate this URL by clicking on the ‘Marketplaces’ tab under the ‘Settings’ of the app. There, you can click on Facebook and Instagram Marketplace and scroll down to the Data Feed URL to generate a fresh, unique URL.

In the Meta Commerce Manager, you can upload the data feed URL under the Catalog tab. Under the Catalog tab, select Data Sources and click on Add Items.

Under Add Items, you can select data feed and insert the URL there.

Can I have a multi-language and multi-currency feed?

Yes, you can have a multi-language and multi-currency field. You will need to add your preferred currency and language to your store.

You can generate a URL by clicking on the ‘Marketplaces’ tab in the app. There, you can click on Facebook and Instagram Marketplace. Select a default country and language. Scroll down to the Localised Data Feed.

‍You can customize your UTM parameters like source, medium, and campaign. Select your preferred or more languages. And once you click on Save, you will get a unique Localized Data Feed URL for the selected language(s).

Are the changes done on Shopify automatically updated on my Facebook feed? If not, how to update them?

No, AdNabu’s feed app is not synced with your Meta Commerce Manager. The app will provide a unique URL containing a product feed that can be added to your Meta Commerce Manager.

There are several ways to keep your feed updated in Meta Commerce Manager. You can set an update schedule to update any changes made to your feed file, or you can set a replace schedule to replace all the data in your Commerce manager with the data in the feed file.

You can manually update your uploaded feed information in Meta Commerce Manager. Do not add a new URL (with the updated feed) each time you wish to update your feed to avoid duplication and suspension of products.

Are users required to create separate feeds for different marketplaces?

No, you need not create separate feeds, as the same feed will be pushed to different marketplaces. However, you will need to generate a different URL for different marketplaces.

What file formats are supported for the Facebook feed?

Meta Commerce Manager supports CSV, TSV, Google Sheets, or XML (RSS/ATOM) files. We help you create an XML (preferred by Meta) file to be uploaded to your Meta Commerce Manager.

How often is a feed updated?

Our app updates the product data feed instantly on any change in your store. Our app will provide you with a URL (with customizable parameters) that can be added to your Meta Commerce Manager under the Catalog tab. You can make changes in your Meta Commerce Manager manually.

In the case of having an extensive catalog, will there be any limit on the number of products in a store?

Our app has no limits on the number of products in the feed file. Facebook imposes a default limit of one million items per feed file.

Can the product variants be included in the feed?

Yes, the product variants, such as different sizes, colors, and more, can be included in the feed. It is important to use unique product identifiers for each variant.

What if my Facebook feed has errors or issues?

We don’t send any errors or issues to Meta Commerce Manager. The app creates an error-free feed to ensure maximum benefit to users.

In case there is an error, the app will notify you about it before the feed is created. If there is an error that is not product related, you must check your feed from the commerce manager account to see if your feed has errors or issues.

Thus it is recommended to set an ‘update schedule’ instead of replacing it each time)

Does the app support Shopify Markets?

Yes, AdNabu’s Feed App supports Shopify markets and showcases accurately priced product listings in local currencies.

Our app does not link with Facebook, however, a 'Localised Data Feed URL' offered by our app can help you upload language and country-specific feed data directly.

Does the app support Metafields for Facebook?

Yes. The app supports metafields. The metafields used for your Google Shopping Feed can be used for your Facebook feed as well. You can also add custom metafields for your products.
