One subscription supports one Shopify store only. Though it allows the user to process multiple product feeds in multiple languages and currencies. Also, the user can add unlimited products to their feed, regardless of their chosen pricing plan. Usage charges are applicable when you exceed the limit of a plan; the pricing can be found here. You require multiple subscriptions to support multiple stores, one for each. Custom plans are available if required and can be arranged for users who want to manage multiple Shopify stores. Q: What platforms does AdNabu support for advertising?

We support platforms like Google Shopping, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Bing Shopping, and Pinterest. Advertising on Google Shopping comes with a direct connection to the Google Merchant Center. Everything from analytics to settings to the various features can be accessed in our app on the Shopify Admin Dashboard. Support for the other platforms can be found in the Marketplaces section of the app, with options to access each. For each platform, like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Bing Shopping, and Pinterest, we offer customized URLs of feed files in the form of XML sheets that can be uploaded to relevant Shopping Managers. There is also an option for localized feed URLs for each country and language supported by the Shopify store.

We also offer product scores that determine the success rate of your product listings. All feeds are automatically updated and synced (to Google Merchant Center and from your Shopify store) once every 24 hours. We also integrate with Shopify Flow, so you can create customized workflows as well, automating the processes effectively. Features like Background AI Optimization and Hourly Sync are only available in the Advanced and the Plus plan.

Yes, we currently offer optimization for the following attributes: product titles, descriptions, highlights, product details, age group, and gender (if applicable). Of these attributes, AI optimization is applied only to the attributes you choose when configuring this setting. Therefore, you don’t have to worry if the app overwrites your existing product attributes.

Does the app automatically sync product updates?

Yes, the changes are synced to your GMC, Google Shopping, and other channels automatically in real-time. If you’re on an Advanced/Plus plan, the app supports hourly-sync.

Can I manage product feeds for multiple countries and languages?

Yes, AdNabu offers multi-currency and multi-language feeds, which allow you to manage feeds for all your target countries.

How do I copy shipping settings to multiple target countries?

AdNabu syncs shipping settings to GMC for all the target countries you initially define during the onboarding process. If you add countries at a later stage, you are required to refresh the shipping settings from Nabu for Google Feed. To do this, navigate to App Settings >> Feed Settings >> Tax & Shipping >> Refresh Shipping Settings.

The app fully supports Shopify Markets and syncs all shipping settings configured in Shopify for each target country to GMC.

Will AdNabu overwrite my shipping settings in Google Merchant Center?

AdNabu never overwrites manually configured shipping settings in Google Merchant Center. Your GMC settings always take priority. Our app updates shipping settings only when no existing shipping configuration exists for the target country in your GMC.
