Do I need a separate custom event for every pixel?
No. Events like add to cart and initiate checkout require a one-time custom event setup with a script. Once you have created that custom event and added the script for a given action, the same setup applies to your other pixels, too. You only need to create and add a custom event once for each type of action you want to track.
Why am I seeing an enhanced conversions warning in Google Ads?
This warning shows up when Google detects conversions that are missing a certain customer field. It usually happens for one of two reasons: either not all customer fields are being captured and passed to Google Ads, or Google is temporarily unable to process some fields due to system updates or data quality issues.
How often does the Google Ad Pixel data refresh in the app?
The Pixel Detail page does not refresh on its own. To see the latest metrics, you click the Refresh button, which gives you control over when data is pulled and is useful when troubleshooting or verifying a recent change. The Analytics page, on the other hand, refreshes on its own schedule.
Does AdNabu ever email me from a personal email domain?
No. AdNabu sends all communication only from the adnabu.com domain. Be cautious of any emails coming from personal domains like gmail.com or yahoo.com, as these can be phishing attempts that try to obtain sensitive information. Always verify the source of an email before clicking anything inside it.
