Run Ads in Local Currencies with Multi-Currency Feeds!

A newly generated multi-currency feed may take up to 30 minutes to reflect on Google Merchant Center.

All values, including real-time currency conversions, are refreshed automatically during the daily feed update. Updates occur instantly for merchants on the Plus plan, while those on the Advanced plan receive updates hourly.

You can set up multi-currency feeds in AdNabu in a few simple steps:

First, ensure Shopify Payments is your primary gateway and create a market in Shopify Markets. Set the market as active, then open the AdNabu app.

Navigate to app’s Settings > Multi-Currency, select your desired countries and currencies, and save the changes. Your multi-currency feed will generate automatically.

Yes, AdNabu tracks conversions in multiple currencies. For tracking, there’s another app called conversion pixel. You must install this app on your Shopify store to track Google Ads conversions.

If the merchant uses Shopify’s multi-currency feature, the conversion Pixel tracks all conversions in the currency displayed on their Shopify Thank You page. However, the currency declared in their Google Ads account will determine how the conversions are displayed.

The Conversion Pixel app sends all the necessary information, including the currency shown on the Shopify Thank You page, but when the data is transferred to Google, it converts the amount to the default currency set in their Google Ads account.

For example, if their Google Ads account’s default currency is set to Euros, but the tracking occurred in US Dollars, Google will automatically convert the currency to Euros and display the conversion value accordingly.

AdNabu automatically detects the currency used in the customer's checkout process and sends the relevant conversion data to Google Ads. This ensures that conversion values are accurate and reflect the correct currency used during the transaction.
