How does the integration between Judge.me and AdNabu work for Google Shopping ads?

The integration process between Judge.me and AdNabu for Google Shopping Ads works in the backend with direct contact between the two software. All users need to do is to ‘Generate Ticket’ from the settings tab on their dashboard and let us handle the process.

Which type of reviews will the integration display on my Google Shopping Ads?

Google Shopping Ads can display only star and text based reviews. For any other type of review, you can do the configuration on Judge.me. AdNabu only supports star based ratings. The consumer will have to access the landing page for detailed reviews.

Can I choose which product reviews appear on my listings?

No. As per Google’s policy, all reviews must be included to be eligible for their Google Product Ratings Program, even negative reviews or low ratings.

How are reviews matched to the product(s)?

Reviews are matched to products based on simple identifiers like GTINs, SKUs, MPNs, etc. While GTIN is a global identifier, Google can even use product URLs to match products and reviews, though less accurately. It is recommended to use GTINs for the best results.

Can I display my reviews on other marketplaces?

No, the product review integration feature is only available for Google Shopping Ads.

Is there any fee/cost associated with integrating Judge.me with AdNabu?

There are no additional fees associated with using this feature. Whatever plans you have on the two software, kindly ensure you are on a pricing that enables you to access the feature. Currently, only advanced and plus plan users can use product review integration in AdNabu.

What is Google’s Product Rating Policy?

To participate in Google’s Product Ratings Program, merchants must follow the policies Google requires.

They must have a) more than 50 reviews b) Sync all reviews inclusive of low ratings c) Reviews must not violate copyright laws, be offensive, or spam d) Reviews must include text e) no identifiable contact information of the reviewer can be publicly displayed (e.g. addresses, email id, phone numbers, etc.)Here is a blog on Google Product Ratings that might help you gain a better understanding of this subject.

How long does it take for the reviews to start displaying on my product listings?

Whenever a review is synced to Google Merchant Center, it is verified individually by Google. The process can range from 5 to 14 days because of the time it takes for Google to crawl your store completely. In case of approval, the ratings are displayed in your Shopping Ads.

How long does the whole process of integration take?

It can take up to 3 to 4 weeks for the whole process of integration to take place. It takes time for Google to crawl your online store and verify your product ratings and reviews. From our side, the backend processes happen promptly due to set standards and practices. Once the verification happens, ratings and reviews will become visible on Google Shopping Ads.

What other Product Review apps are available for integration?

We have enabled most third-party aggregators on the Shopify store to be integrated with AdNabu. Applications like Yotpo, Loox.io, Stamped.io, Okendo, Automizely, Ferra.ai, etc., are all available for integration with us.

In case of a platform we don’t support, simply make a request to add the application, and our staff will promptly try and make it possible.
