How does the integration between Fera.ai and AdNabu work for Google Shopping ads?

To integrate AdNabu and Fera.ai, go to the ‘settings’ tab in the app and click on ‘Product Review.’ Then, you will be taken to a new page where you can select a format for your product reviews.

After that, click ‘Generate Ticket’ for assistance from our customer service. We'll reach out to guide you through integrating product reviews. This integration happens through the backend for ease, and we perform technical checks to ensure the reviews display correctly on your product listings.

Which type of reviews will the integration display on my Google Shopping Ads?

As of now, our app only supports star-based reviews, which are also the type displayed on Google Shopping Ads. While Fera.ai allows for the configuration of text or image-based reviews, our application does not support these formats at this time. Generally, detailed reviews are presented on the product landing pages.

Can I choose which product reviews appear on my listings?

No. Google's policy requires all reviews, including low ratings, to be displayed for eligibility in the Google Product Ratings Program. This program displays your reviews on ad listings.

How are reviews matched to the product(s)?

Reviews are matched to products using different identifiers. The most effective are Global Trade Item Numbers (GTINs). If GTINs are not available, Google uses other identifiers like brand + MPN pairs, SKUs, or product URLs. However, these are less reliable than GTINs and may result in some reviews not being matched.

Can I display my reviews on other marketplaces?

Currently, our product review integration is only available for Google Shopping Ads.

Is there any fee/cost associated with integrating Fera.ai with AdNabu?

There is no extra charge for this integration, but it is only available to ‘Advanced’ and ‘Plus’ users.

What is Google’s Product Rating Policy?

Google has a strict 'Product Rating Policy' for all merchants. They must follow this to take part.

First, merchants need to gather more than 50 reviews. These reviews should not break copyright laws, have offensive material, or be spam.

Also, every review needs to be synced. This includes reviews with low ratings. All reviews must include text.

Lastly, it's important to keep the reviewer's identity hidden. This means no full names, email IDs, or phone numbers in the reviews.

How long does it take for the reviews to start displaying on my product listings?

Google individually verifies each review. It takes about 4 to 5 days to process a review once submitted to the Google Merchant Center, though it can take up to 14 days in some cases. Once verified, the reviews will show as ratings in your Google Shopping Ads.

How long does the whole process of integration take?

After receiving your ticket, we start the backend process. The time taken for Google to review and verify each product rating can extend the timeline. It typically takes 3-4 weeks to integrate and display your reviews fully.

What other Product Review apps are available for integration?

We support almost every product review app found on the Shopify app store. This includes popular ones such as Judge.me, Yotpo, Stamped.io, Opinew, Automizely, and Loox, among others.
